Experienced tax and finance professional with an 15+ year career, focused on tax compliance,
transfer pricing, and international tax advisory. I have a comprehensive educational background in
law (LLM/LPC holder), accounting (ACCA qualified), and business (WBS MBA Graduate)
I am a self-starter, analytical in nature, and thrive in high pressure environments. I am confident in
navigating team members over difficult projects and meeting deadlines. Also adept at tax/legal
research, with an innate curiosity to learn areas previously not encountered. Currently, playing with
GenAI and how it can be used to optimise tax-related tasks.

◆KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
・Managed the CIT, VAT, and statistical compliance deadlines of approximately 30+ entities in EMEA and APAC for a PE-backed Fintech company with limited support

・Established the tax governance framework and led the tax digitalisation agenda within a UK branch of a Japanese Bank whilst project planning with Japan HQ

・Specialised focus in Transactional tax, legal entity rationalisation, and post-merger integration at EY. Additionally, my MBA dissertation was: “Realising operational tax synergies in the post-merger integration phase”.
